It is, however, frustrating.
Life in north east England (yes, we've moved!) with an eccentric Welshman and a small white dog that thinks he's a Rottweiler.

I think the key word there Jenny is VOLUNTARY - in other words, the clients get it for free. It is a sad, sad fact that we get this offer of FREE help thrown back in our faces time and time (and time !) again. Each time this happens to me, I ask myself why we are doing this - and each time I come up with less and less reasons. I believe the phrase you are looking for is GGGGRRRRRRRRR !!!! CraigyBaby !
Ring the buggers up and tell em they need counselling about their punctuality and appointment-keeping skills. A bloody good telling off should get em to see sense! ...Now that's my kind of counselling!
Craig, as you said earlier, you and I should take over and run the show. ;)

That's what I would like to do too, Daphne. Unfortunately it's not allowed.
How disappointing. The chances are that those who didn't turn up are the ones that need it the most. Have a lovely Easter, it's snowing thick and fast in Cambridgeshire.
Thanks Ellee, you too. Enjoy the snow!
Ugh! I know lots of people find councelling daunting but whatever happened to common or garden manners...a quick call to cancel surely would not be too difficult! Ok, apparently it is :o/
Too true, Jane. :(
