Mmmm... You really cannot beat new potatoes fresh from the earth and straight into the pan with a little salt and a little mint. Serve with a knob of butter, fresh peas and oddly - slices of fried Spam! Delicious! Well done you!
Never tried them with Spam but never tried fried Spam anyway, YP. Pop over and show us how it's done. ;)
Flighty, it is my first attempt and I am quite pleased so far.
Mine as well so well done to us both! I've just had the last of my earlies for dinner so will start digging up the main crop ones next.
I'm not sure which are which with mine, Flighty but I found the ones which were ready.
