So, we're still no further forward on the British Gas smart meter front and I've given up making non-existent appointments with them...

Well I am one and I can put a new loo roll in the holder and I can open a can of beans and I can tie my own shoelaces... so there! The next generation is safe in my hands. Well it would be if I were allowed to throttle the little buggers!
