Oh dear, 10 days since my last post. Where are the days and weeks going? How did I ever fit in working full time? I am now doing eight hours a week voluntary counselling and, slowly, things are beginning to move on the private front.
Meanwhile, here's a photo of last night's mini-reunion of some of us from last year's diploma course. (Apologies for the quality). See, I even have a social life now!
Life in north east England (yes, we've moved!) with an eccentric Welshman and a small white dog that thinks he's a Rottweiler.
Time to party

When all this first happened, last week, I was sure that I would not want or be able to mention it at all on this blog. Now, however. I feel...

FORMAL WARNING FROM BLOGGER HQ!
Blog more regularly or your secrets will be exposed for all and sundry on the net!
I'm interested to know what you think my 'secrets' might be, YP! But it's nice to be missed. ;)
I remember my mum saying when she retired that she never knew how she found time to go to work. I'm begining to think this change in careers might be a good idea. I'd like to be a lady who lunches.
Highly recommended, Rosie, except that no income means no money to spend. :(
I'm interested that you're doing voluntary counselling - some of my work is acting the role of a client who needs counselling to help to train mental health nurses, and it's fascinating to see how they're (very well) taught.
I did my placement at Mind, Daphne and now have 8 hours a week there to boost my hours so that I can apply for accreditation with BACP (450 hours needed for that). The big problem is that so many clients miss appointments, which results in lots of wasted hours!
Well obviously one big secret is your attendance at the North Wales Annual Les. Fest - as shown in the incriminatory photo which accompanied this post.
Only you could draw that conclusion, YP! You obviously don't know me very well. ;)
Lovely! Who's the girl second from left? A student?
Dale, you never fail to please!
Excellent camera work - which good looking, charming fella took this picture I wonder........?
No idea, Craig!
