Lucky you! Course, we are suppose to get the sun over the three-day weekend. :)
We'll share it with you, Laura. We're good like this up here in north Wales. :)
Was that feathery creature by the lock gates your lunch? Best barbecued in future. Our daughter went off to the Leeds Festival today - so glad the weather forecast is good for a change.
Some years ago we visited Chester by narrowboat and moored on what was probably exactly that bit of canal. And it was lovely. And it still looks lovely.
I don't eat meat, YP so our feathered friends are quite safe with me.
Daphne, it is a lovely spot and there are always boats moored along there.
But Jenny, you told me last night that you went an hour early so you could go skinny-dipping in the canal ! Why are you hiding this from your readers ????? ;0)
Craig, you are getting very close to being barred from this blog! ;)
Think on, lad!
Nice place for a quiet half hour or so whilst having lunch.
Have a good weekend.
It was lovely, Flighty. Have a good week-end yourself.
