Have just changed my mobile phone ringtone from Faith Hill's "This kiss" to the one I really wanted, Lulu's "Shout."
In my previous teaching life, when we had our sports day in the summer, we used to borrow a loud hailer from a neighbouring school and as deputy head, I used to feel it incumbent upon myself to test it beforehand, which I always did by singing the first few bars of Shout. There have been not a few parents who have claimed to hear my performance from their homes in the locality. (No, actually, I made that bit up!)

It was the parents' comments that I er 'exaggerated'!
However,I have caused a few of them to jump out of their skin as they happened to be passing the staffroom window as I began my performance! lol
