My birthday today. For the past 5 years, I have been training everyone around to avoid all mention of it and I have refused to celebrate it, but you can't stay 21 (50) for ever so I have to bite the bullet and admit that each year I get older - just like everyone else!
Anyway, I've had a very pleasant day, culminating in being taken out to dinner by Keith....oh and being stung by a wasp! Well, it's the first time in all my 56 years, so I guess I've got off lightly till now - but it ain't 'alf sore!

Happy Birthday! Believe me, I know exactly how your feel! Although last year 50 was a hard birthday to "swallow" it's sounding pretty good right now. That's what I keep telling myself - as much as I don't care for 51, it's a whole lot younger than I'm ever going to be now isn't it! And my dear, you look marvelous! I hope I'm as lucky. Wasp stings are nasty! Hope you're feeling okay. And, here's what people tell me...50 is now the "new 40," 60 is the "new 50." HUH? I don't quite understand it but if it makes me younger I'll go with it, few questions asked!

I've only found one site so far learning audio video production It's got a great course on DVD's but it's a little expensive for me at the moment. Anyway I'm going to bookmark you and come back
