If I am not mistaken that car is parked up on the kerb in direct contravention of the Road Traffic Regulations Section 42, Paragraph 17. As a law-abiding citizen it is my duty to inform North Wales Police unless of course Kathy sends me a cheque for fifty guineas.
You mean to tell me that you have sat at your computer and looked that up??? I'll get Kathy to call round with the cheque ASAP. ;)
