A lovely day

I had a visit yesterday from Elder Son and grandson, whom I hadn't seen, for various reasons, since Christmas time. He has now reached the grand old age of two and three quarters and is a whizz with the cleaning, as you can see from the photo!
So we visited the shop (and much more importantly the toy shop next door), had lunch, played football in the garden and played in the local play area and a great time was had by all.

Sounds like you had a great day! It's nice when that happens as all too often it turns out just the opposite.

What a little cutie! And the boy as well. LOL!

Glad you two could reconnect.

My son had a thing about vacuum cleaners when he was that age. We used to call him Conan the Housewife.

Dear Granny!
What a nice little lad! In the second photo, his mum - your daughter-in-law - looks remarkably like you! They say that happy kids seek partners similar to their parents!
