Six potential clients today, five at my voluntary place of work and one private.
One client arrived for appointment.
Two clients cancelled - an hour before their appointments.
Three clients did not appear, including the private one.
Sometimes, I wonder why I bother!

Wow! Five no-shows out of six possibles? That's just awful. I hope they all had some darn good excuses!!

That is so typical nowadays, but there really is no excuse for it most of the time. xx
Flighty, Jay, 2 did ring to say they couldn't come but only an hour before their appointments. It does get a bit disheartening.
That is highly inconsiderate.
Sometimes people forget that you have a life too, no wonder it is disheartening when you volunteer your time to be there for these people, and they can't deliver the same courtesy.
